Your project, run properly.

01 — The problem

Building for your business shouldn’t feel like a gamble.

You know your business. You shouldn’t also have to become an expert in drawings, tenders, site supervision and approvals. But in most mid size projects, that’s exactly what happens.

  1. 01

    Nobody owns the whole job.

  2. 02

    Quotes you can’t compare.

  3. 03

Work starts before the design is ready.

  4. 04

Skilled labour is hard to find and keep.

  5. 05

You can’t see where the money went.

  6. 06

    Approvals and paperwork stall everything.

Industry research points to the same causes again and again: incomplete scope, lowest-bid awarding, rework and delay. The cost of getting it wrong keeps going up.

02 — The solution

One accountable partner, from first sketch to final handover.

We make sure the whole team works to one plan, one budget and one schedule.

The Cubit Square is a project management consultancy for businesses building or fitting out commercial spaces. We don’t replace the architect or contractor. We can work with your existing vendors, or you can choose from a set of our own vetted partners.

  1. Step 01 / 06

    Scope lock

Before anyone breaks ground, we turn your idea into a complete scope, a drawings checklist and a priced bill of quantities. No guesswork, no moving targets.

On site · Set-out: the cleared plot pegged and lime-marked on the column grid
  2. Step 02 / 06

    The right team

We match you with architects, engineers and contractors from our vetted network. We compare quotes line by line, so you see what each price actually includes.

On site · Foundations and first frames: pedestals cast and the first portal frames standing while a truck crane lifts the next rafter
  3. Step 03 / 06

    Contracts that protect you

Clear scope, a defined process for changes, staged payments and handover criteria. Written so that disputes are rare and easy to settle.

On site · Steel complete: every frame, purlin, girt and brace in place, the door openings framed and the slab poured
  4. Step 04 / 06

    Live visibility

Your project dashboard shows daily progress, categorised expenses and every current drawing in one place.

On site · Sheeting: roof and wall sheeting going on over the far bays
  5. Step 05 / 06

    Quality at every stage

We inspect work as it happens, not after it’s buried behind a wall. Stage payments follow verified progress.

On site · Envelope closed: cladding, flashings, gutters and ridge vents done, door openings trimmed and waiting for their shutters
  6. Step 06 / 06

    Clean handover

Snag list closed, documents collected, approvals in hand. You get the keys and the paperwork.

On site · Handed over: roller shutters fitted in the openings, the apron poured and the lawn planted

Why us

Three things that set us apart.

01

We take on the projects bigger firms turn away or take unseriously.

Our whole business is built for those projects that bespoke customisation and attention.

02

Civil and interiors under one coordinated team.

We do this through our expert design vertical, The Cubit Studio.

03

Our own crew and network

We have in-house welders and electricians and working relationships with vendors across [list trades]. That means faster response and fewer handoffs on the jobs we manage.
